Professional Client classification request

Please complete the following questionnaire to determine your classification as a client under the AIFC Conduct of Business Rules. Please answer as accurately as possible.

I confirm that I wish to be treated as a Professional Client.

I confirm that I meet the eligibility criteria:

(a) I have net assets of at least USD 100,000; and

(b) I either:

Have sufficient experience and understanding of relevant Financial Products, Financial Services, Transactions, and associated risks, as assessed by Alem Capital Management Ltd; orHave worked in the previous two years in an authorised or regulated financial institution in a position requiring knowledge of the type of Financial Products, Financial Services, or Transactions envisaged.

I acknowledge that by choosing to be classified as a Professional Client, I may lose certain protections available to Retail Clients under AIFC rules, including reduced access to regulatory protections, limited rights to claim compensation, and less prescriptive disclosure requirements by Alem Capital Management Ltd.
